Brazilian architect Felipe Hess and his colleague Pia Quagliato had the once in a lifetime chance to redesign a historic apartment originally built by German Bauhaus architect Franz Heep. The apartment located in São Tomás, São Paulo was built in the 1940s and it´s restructuring is a real tribute to the original modernist aesthetics.
